FLUJO PULSÁTIL vs FLUJO LINEAL

La controversia entre el empleo de flujo pulsátil vs flujo no pulsátil, durante la circulación extracorpórea convencional, es una de las que ha resistido la prueba del tiempo. Con los artículos, que ponemos a consideración de nuestros colegas, nos proponemos revisar el tema y ofrecer algunos puntos de vista que constituyen factores de sesgo, a la hora de evaluar la efectividad del flujo pulsátil.
